T20 world champions will meet the hosts for only T20 after winning 5 match ODI series 4-1. India will be favorites but one can’t really understimate Sri Lanka, they are a good side and if Jayasuriya clicks,  then anything is very much possible.

Hate to see one sided T20 matches, you got only 20 overs each and if one can’t really give their best, prolly they should think if they are really fit to play T20. Let’s hope for exciting contest.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni isn’t too perturbed at having to field first. He can’t put a finger on what a par score is. Zaheer Khan replaces L Balaji. India have handed Ravindra Jadeja his Twenty20 debut. No Dilhara Lokuhettige, but Chamara Silva, Malinga Bandara and Lasith Malinga are back. Dilshan will not keep wickets, as that role goes to Indika de Saram.
