Bangalore Royal Challengers (Playing XI): Shreevats Goswami, Jesse Ryder, Robin Uthappa, Jacques Kallis, Mark Boucher(w), Virat Kohli, Praveen Kumar, Roelof van der Merwe, Anil Kumble(c), KP Appanna, Rajesh Bishnoi
Kings XI Punjab (Playing XI): Karan Goel, Kumar Sangakkara(w), Yuvraj Singh(c), Mahela Jayawardene, Simon Katich, Tanmay Srivastava, Irfan Pathan, Piyush Chawla, Ramesh Powar, Vikramjeet Malik, Yusuf Abdullah
Trivia: Punjab have won all their three matches against Bangalore in the IPL. And all have come while chasing down the target.

Pitch report: Pommie Mbwanga says it is a spinners wicket. It will be low and slow and run making will be difficult. This was the same ground where Punjab defended 120 against Mumbai. So a low scoring contest on the cards again.

Team Changes: Ryder, Bishnoi and Uthappa come back into the Bangalore side. For Kings XI Punjab, Wilking Mota and Bopara go out. Tanmay Srivastava and Simon Katich come in.

Match Highlights of 20th match: Kings XI Punjab v Mumbai Indians at Durban, Apr 29 2009

Watch cricket highlights – Mumbai Indians vs Punjab Kings XI from IPL 2009 played on April 29.

Scoreline: Mohali 119/8: Kumar Sangakkara 45 (44) – Lasith Malinga 4-12-2
Mumbai 116/7: JP Duminy 59 – Yusuf Abdulla 4-19-2, Powar 4-23-1

Tendulkar: "After the first half we were in a good position to win. But we lost early wickets and all credit to Punjab. You need partnerships but they just didn’t come. We lost wickets in a flurry."

Yuvraj: "I was nervous. We wanted to bowl Piyush in the 19th over to get the left-hander out. The wicket had turned slow, and therefore we used more spinners. Yusuf bowled a very good last over."

Sangakkara is the Man of the Match

Sanga: "I almost went with Yusuf in the penultimate over, but Chawla is one of the best legspinners from India. He came up and asked me if he could bowl, and did the job. The pitch was a little two paced and we fielded brilliantly. Everyone chipped in and it was a team effort."

Watch cricket highlights – Rajasthan Royals vs Kings XI Punjab Highlights from IPL 2009

Scoreline: Mohali 139/6: Kumar Sangakkara 60, Irfan Pathan 39 – Kamran Khan 4-15-2

Rajasthan Royals 112/7: Ravindra Jadeja 37, Shane Warne 34 – Abdulla 4-21-3, Irfan Pathan 2 wickets

Shane Warne: "Our bowling and fielding was pretty good, but our top order failed again. They bowled pretty well at the top, and we haven’t found the right combination. Our blokes at the top aren’t just doing the job, we can’t keep doing that. They have to show how important this tournament is for them."

Yuvraj Singh: "After losing wickets upfront, Sangakkara and Irfan batted really well. The wicket surprised me, I had thought in the morning 165-170 would be a good score, but then 145 was enough."

Man-of-the-Match Kumar Sangakkara: "Kamran Khan is very difficult to pick, it tooks a few balls to get used to it. I think Irfan did most of the batting for me. We have got a great energy and great buzz going in the team."
