Live IPL 2009 40th match: Deccan Chargers v Rajasthan Royals at Kimberley, May 11, 2009
A win for Deccan will take them to No. 3, pushing down Rajasthan, who’ll be hoping to preserve their current standing, especially as they will have played at least a game more than the rest.
These two are in the 3rd and 4th position in the Point Table. In tomorrows match between Mumbai Indians and King XI Punjab if either one wins they will come in the 3rd or 4th position and push one of these teams to 5th position. So this match is crucial for both of them.
Heads calls Shane Warne, it comes down as Tails and Gilchrist decides to bat. Warne says he would have opted to bat as well, but says he’s not too concerned as both teams who chased won in the matches in Kimberley a couple of days ago.
Rajasthan have made a couple of changes: Amit Singh, whose action has been questioned, and Shane Harwood make way for Morne Morkel and Munaf Patel.
